What is happening?

As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be removing several old, unused static IP addresses from our network.

Who is affected?

This change only affects customers who have explicitly whitelisted our static IP addresses in their firewalls, network security rules, or application configurations.

Impact

This change will not cause any downtime or loss of connectivity to our services.

We will be performing routine maintenance on our database instances. The scheduled maintenance window is 30 minutes; however, we expect no service impact and near-zero downtime (typically less than one second).

Upgrade has completed successfully.

As historical booking references are still being updated, some pre-existing Go City reservations may temporarily return an error on redemption. This is expected to clear within the next 20–30 minutes as the update process finalises.

We continue to monitor the integration, and all remaining updates are progressing as expected.

We will be performing a routine upgrade on our database instances.
Services will be briefly taken offline to complete the upgrade safely.

We expect <5 minutes of downtime during the scheduled 30-minute maintenance window.
