Dashboard access was briefly impacted between 09:48 and 10:12 CET as our authentication provider (WorkOS) was down.
None of our workloads or operations were impacted.

Ventrata ↔ Go City Connection Lookup & Redemption Errors

Go City has confirmed that the underlying issue has been fixed. After monitoring the integration for some time, we are no longer seeing any errors. The connection and all pass lookups and redemptions are operating normally.

The earlier outage affecting WorkOS (our authentication provider) and Intercom (our support platform) has been fully resolved.
Access to the Ventrata dashboard (backoffice) has been fully restored, and all systems are now operating normally.
