Due to Viator infrastructure work in preparation for a new API version and related upgrades, pricing-over-API (also referred to by Viator as recurring price sync) cannot be enabled for products on newly created Viator connections from now until approximately January 15, 2026.

Any products mapped during this period will be created without pricing-over-API enabled. Pricing will be taken from the Viator Supplier Management Center (https://supplier.viator.com/) and should match the pricing configured in Ventrata to ensure accurate reporting.

All products that already have pricing-over-API enabled will continue to use pricing from Ventrata as normal and are not affected. Connections created before this maintenance, with at least one product already using pricing-over-API, are also not affected, even for newly mapped products.

This maintenance does not affect sales and only limits the ability to enable pricing-over-API for products on newly created connections.

This temporary limitation is required to support Viator’s migration work ahead of the new pricing-over-API version planned for January 2026, which is expected to significantly enhance pricing capabilities and overall supplier experience.
