What is happening?

As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be removing several old, unused static IP addresses from our network.

Who is affected?

This change only affects customers who have explicitly whitelisted our static IP addresses in their firewalls, network security rules, or application configurations.

Impact

This change will not cause any downtime or loss of connectivity to our services.

We are currently migrating users to a new authentication system. During this process, some users may experience issues logging in. We will provide more information as the migration progresses.

We are upgrading the Ventrata Dashboard authentication system to a new secure login service powered by WorkOS.

What to expect

• Old login links will automatically redirect to the new page.
  
• Your existing user email and password will continue to work.
  
• Password resets are now self-serve via the new login page.

We will be performing a routine maintenance update on our database instance(s) in Google Cloud Platform. The maintenance window is scheduled for 30 minutes, but we expect no noticeable downtime — at most, a brief sub-second interruption.

We are performing a scheduled maintenance so our systems provisioned capacity aligns better with our customer demand.
The downtime will be below 5 minutes during out maintenance window.

Our team is performing emergency maintenance on the dashboard. Our clients will not be able to operate for ~5 minutes during the maintenance time window.
