We are upgrading the Ventrata Dashboard authentication system to a new secure login service powered by WorkOS.

What to expect

• Old login links will automatically redirect to the new page.
  
• Your existing user email and password will continue to work.
  
• Password resets are now self-serve via the new login page.
  
  • Reset and login emails will come from:
    
  • welcome@auth.ventrata.com
    
  • access@auth.ventrata.com
    
  • Please whitelist these addresses if necessary.
    
• User accounts and permissions will continue to be managed in the Dashboard as usual.
  

Impact on users

There is no disruption expected during this maintenance. You can continue to access the Dashboard without interruption.

- Two-factor authentication
