We have received client reports and identified additional terminals that have not yet received the fix. We are working closely with Adyen to complete the rollout as quickly as possible.

Our team investigated the incident and determined the root cause, which has now been addressed. All systems are now functioning normally, and we will continue to monitor them to ensure stability.

Some reseller portals using Ventrata subdomains may be temporarily unavailable due to ongoing infrastructure maintenance. We expect full service to resume within the next hour.
