We've identified and resolved an issue affecting bookings where TICKET was the only supported delivery method in QRCODE or BARCODE format.

📅 Impact Timeframe:
Bookings confirmed or updated between February 14, 2025, 3:08 PM GMT and February 15, 2025, 2:47 PM GMT

âš  Issue:
For affected bookings, QRCODE or BARCODE formats were missing if the product only allowed TICKET delivery. However, PDF_URL was still provided as a fallback where supported.

✅ Resolution:
The issue has been identified and fixed. However, some customers who booked during this period may not have received the correct ticket.

🔎 Recommended Action for Ventrata Users:
If a booking is not found during scanning, we recommend looking up the booking in the system manually to ensure smooth check-in.
