We're releasing an update to the Ventrata Dashboard on Thursday 29 October 2026 between 07:00 and 22:00 UTC. It is a significant rebuild of the Dashboard's table architecture, with improvements to reporting flexibility, data visibility and the way you work with your data.

What to expect during the maintenance window

  • You may experience intermittent downtime across the platform while the update is deployed.
  • Once the update is complete, some external integrations may fail if they rely on column names that have changed, including integrations that use the reporting and export API.

What's new

  • More flexible reporting: create reusable custom columns for your specific reporting needs.
  • More data in one view: access fields from related records alongside the one you're working in.
  • Advanced filtering: combine multiple conditions using AND/OR logic.
  • More built-in columns: including passenger counts, tags, financial values, and separate date and time fields.

Action may be required

Some existing column names have changed, and some fields have been replaced or need to be recreated using the new structure. This may affect:

  • Customised reports and manifests
  • Saved booking views
  • Exports
  • External reporting integrations that rely on specific column names

If you use any of these, please review your configurations before the release date so they keep working as expected.

How to prepare

  • Review the Column Mapping Document. It lists renamed or unavailable columns and their replacements, including custom column expressions. Only renamed or missing columns are listed, so columns that aren't in the document are unchanged.
  • Read our Help Centre article: Working With Table Columns.
  • Check your reports and integrations against both before the release
