Dashboard access was briefly impacted between 09:48 and 10:12 CET as our authentication provider (WorkOS) was down.
None of our workloads or operations were impacted.

Ventrata ↔ Go City Connection Lookup & Redemption Errors

Go City has confirmed that the underlying issue has been fixed. After monitoring the integration for some time, we are no longer seeing any errors. The connection and all pass lookups and redemptions are operating normally.

Upgrade has completed successfully.
As historical booking references are still being updated, some pre-existing Go City reservations may temporarily return an error on redemption. This is expected to clear within the next 20–30 minutes as the update process finalises.
We continue to monitor the integration, and all remaining updates are progressing as expected.
